Fuzz comes as a welcome collection of beats from Connecticut based producer and Outlier Recordings representer Color Plus. He first popped up on my radar with a remix of Thefft’s “Start Slow” for Outlier Recordings’ Outsourced Vol. 3 which was followed by a beautifully downtempo collaborative EP with jazz guitarist Eric Zolan titled Away EP. The producer made certain to specify on his bandcamp that Fuzz is not a cohesive musical endeavor writing “This is not an album. This is not an EP. This is a collection of tracks from myself”, so the only thing left to do is appreciate the vibes. Check out “Untitled” and grab the rest at his bandcamp here.
